Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. I believe that you should choose a photographer that you feel a deep connection with, and whose style of images truly resonates with you.
Inquire
Fill out the Wedding Inquiry Form to start the conversation about your wedding. I will respond in 24-48 hours and will invite you to share more about the dreams you have for your wedding day.
Consultation
After I send you the Wedding Inquiry Guide, we will set up a complimentary no pressure consultation so that I can learn more about you and your wedding photography needs.
Book
After the consultation, you can book. In order to book, you will need to sign the contract and pay a retainer. Then, you will officially be on my calendar! You’ll receive a questionnaire via email immediately after booking. You will also receive the Wedding Prep Magazine.
Engagement Session
If you choose a wedding package with an Engagement Session, we will get you on the calendar.
Pre-Wedding Meeting
Three months before your wedding I will prepare your Wedding Photography Timeline, coordinate with you and your wedding planner, then schedule your wedding timeline meeting (via phone) for 14 days before your wedding.
Wedding day
I will show up to your wedding all smiles and get to work! After I come into the location where you are getting ready and greet you, I will follow the timeline and capture your story as your day unfolds.
Gallery
Eight to twelve weeks after your wedding, you will receive your beautiful Wedding Gallery via email. All wedding galleries are online with the option to order products.
Albums & Prints
If you choose a wedding package that includes an album or if you order a wedding album separately, I will send you a proof of your album after I design it. After final changes are complete, I will send your order. The company will mail it to you after printing. If you order other products, I’ll prepare those items and send them off for printing.

I have a planner. How will you work with my planner?
I love working with planners! Once I have your planner’s contact information I will reach out to introduce myself and coordinate with them about the wedding photography details for your wedding day.
I do not have a planner. How will you manage the photography for my wedding without a planner?
While I don’t “plan” weddings, I will use your information to put together your wedding photography timeline.
What is a timeline?
A timeline is a schedule for your wedding day.
What if I need to add another hour to my wedding day package?
If you have a need for additional wedding photography time on your wedding day, I can add it onto your wedding package.
How long will it take to receive my wedding gallery?
You will receive your wedding gallery via email in about 8 weeks.
How much does wedding photography cost?
Wedding photography costs start range from $7,900 to $1,000.
Do you offer engagement photos?
Yes, many of our wedding packages include an engagement session. Having an engagement session before the wedding will help you get to know me and my relaxed style of posing and shooting. I also love to get to know you two as a couple and interact a little before the excitement of your wedding day. Once you book me as your wedding photographer, I will send you more information about how to prepare for your engagement session with me.
What is your photographic style?
Through my dynamic photo storytelling, I showcase the bride and groom for who they truly are and the true and honest moments of their wedding day. My clients feel the emotion within their photos, whether through laughter or tears, as they recount the variety of special moments captured throughout the day.
My style can be described as clean, fresh, and timeless. I also capture a combination of both posed portraits and candid, photojournalistic-style images throughout your day.
Do you offer more than just digital files?
Absolutely! Some wedding packages include printed products. For those, all you have to do is select the images. If your wedding package does not include printed products (or if you want to order additional items) there is a store in your gallery. All products are printed by the amazing H&H Color Lab.
How long will you be there to photograph our wedding?
Every wedding is different, however, I’ve found 8 hours to be the perfect amount of time that will allow enough opportunity to capture the starting points of the day through the last reception event. I want to ensure that I can accurately tell your story, from start to finish. Together, we will go over your specific wedding details to ensure that you end up with the perfect package for your specific needs. For example, if your wedding has a long ceremony at a different location than the ceremony, a 9 or 10-hour package may be needed. Once you book with me, we will also discuss more details with your specific wedding day timeline.
Do you offer smaller 'micro' weddings?
Yes! I love smaller, intimate weddings and custom build packages for them, as they are each so unique. Some are 1 hour, and some are 4 hours with a mini-reception.
How do I book a wedding with Belle Eve Photography?
A signed contract & 25% retainer is required to reserve your wedding date on my calendar. Please keep in mind that I do limit the number of weddings I take on each year and often book up to 6–12 months in advance, so please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure that I have your date available.
